TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Gyprock Trade Christmas Gift with Purchase Promotion 2025

Information on the Promotional Period, how to claim and receive a Gift (as defined below) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

PROMOTER
1. The Promoter is CSR Building Products Limited trading as CSR Gyprock (ABN 55 008 631 356) of Triniti 3, Level 5, 39 Delhi Road, North Ryde, NSW 2113, telephone: 1300 306 556 (“Promoter” or “CSR”).

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
2. The Promotion commences at 6:00am (AEDT) on 17/11/2025 and ends at 11:59pm (AEDT) on 24/12/2025 (“Promotional Period”) or once Gifts are exhausted at participating Gyprock Trade Centres, whichever occurs first. Claims are limited to stocks of Gifts available in each participating Gyprock Trade Centre.

ELIGIBILITY
3. Claims are open to Gyprock Trade Centre customers with a CSR Gyprock Trading account (cash or credit) who are residents of Australia aged 18 years or older and have fulfilled the requirements set out below (“Claimants”).

4. The directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related entities, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies whom are directly associated with the conduct of this Promotion are ineligible to claim the Promotion. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step- grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step- brother, step-sister or first cousin.

HOW TO ENTER
5. To receive a Gift, Claimants must purchase one (1) or more The Gyprocker 4 Piece Kit (RRP $79.95 including GST | Product Code 486109) (“Eligible Product”) at a Gyprock Trade Centre via their CSR Gyprock Trading account (cash or credit) (“Qualifying Purchase”) during the Promotional Period. For the avoidance of doubt, Claimants must provide their CSR Gyprock trading account details upon making their Qualifying Purchase to receive a Gift.

6. Multiple claims are permitted, subject to the following:
(a) A maximum of one (1) Gift is permitted per Eligible Product purchased during the Promotional Period, while stocks last;
(b) Each claim must be submitted separately and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; and
(c) Multiple Eligible Products (and corresponding Gifts) may be purchased and claimed within the same transaction or on the same day, subject to stock availability.

GIFTS
7. Each valid claim received will entitle the Claimant to one (1) Gift of their choice from the following approved Gyprock merchandise ranges (“Gift”) subject to stock availability of each Gift:

 

8. The Gift excludes Gyprock jackets, hoodies, shorts and blanket hoodie.

9. Gifts will be awarded at the relevant participating Gyprock Trade Centre at the time of purchase and are strictly limited to the stock available in each participating Gyprock Trade Centre – no stock transfers. For more information on current stock availability of Gifts, see staff in each participating Gyprock Trade Centre.

GENERAL
10. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to request the Claimant produce (within the requested time) proof of purchase of the Eligible Product as well as appropriate photo identification or other documentation (to the Promoter’s satisfaction, at its sole discretion) in order to confirm the Claimant’s identity and eligibility to claim for the Promotion before issuing a Gift. If any documentation required by the Promoter is not received by the Promoter (or its nominated agent) or a Claimant or the claim has not been verified or validated to the Promoter’s (or its nominated agent’s) satisfaction, then all claims submitted by that Claimant may be ineligible and deemed invalid.

11. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to verify the validity of any and all claims and to disqualify any Claimant who the Promoter has reason to believe has: (a) tampered with the claim process; (b) breached any of these Terms and Conditions; or (c) engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

12. Gifts will only be awarded following any validation and verification that the Promoter, or its nominated agents, requires in their sole absolute discretion.

13. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any Claimant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

14. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, and the Australian Consumer Law, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (Non-Excludable Guarantees). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.

15. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any tax liability incurred by a Claimant; or (e) use of / taking of the Gift.

16. All claims irrevocably become, at time of claim submission, the property of the Promoter.

17. All of the Promoter’s decisions in respect of the Promotion are final and no corres- pondence will be entered into.

18. If for any reason a Claimant does not take their Gift at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the Gift will be forfeited.

19. If, for any reason, the Gifts become unavailable (other than due to stock being exhausted at participating Gyprock Trade Centres), the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Gift with a reward to the equal value and/or specification.

20. Gifts are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified. Gifts cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash, credit, or any other product. For the avoidance of doubt, no refunds or credits will be issued if a Gift is returned to a participating Gyprock Trade Centre.

21. Incomplete claims will be deemed invalid.

22. If there is a dispute as to the identity of a Claimant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Claimant.

PRIVACY
23. The Promoter collects Personal Information (as defined by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)) about a Claimant to include the Claimant in the promotion, award the Gift (where appropriate) and use the information to assist in improving the goods and services of the Promoter. If the Personal Information requested is not provided, the Claimant cannot participate in the promotion and is deemed ineligible.

24. If the Promoter collects an Claimant’s Personal Information, the Promoter will provide to the Claimant, at time of submitting a claim for the promotion or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter, a collection statement that details the Personal Information being collected, the purpose of its collection, where the Personal Information will be stored and how it will be shared with third parties. The collection statement will comply with the Promoter’s disclosure obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

25. Claimants can gain access to, update or correct any of their Personal Information held by the Promoter by contacting the Promoter’s Privacy Officer at [email protected]. All Personal Information will be stored by the Promoter in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. A copy of the Promoter’s Privacy Policy in relation to the treatment of Personal Information collected may be obtained at www.csr.com.au/privacy-policy

26. By participating in the promotion, Claimants acknowledge that a further primary purpose for collection of the Claimant’s Personal Information by the Promoter is to contact the Claimants in the future with information about the Promoter, including special offers, market research or to provide the Claimants with marketing materials via any medium including mail, telephone and commercial electronic messages (SMS (Short Message Service), MMS (Multimedia Message Service), IM (Instant Messaging) and email) or any other form of electronic, emerging, digital or conventional communications channel whether existing now or in the future. The Promoter may share a Claimant’s Personal Information with its Australian and overseas related companies, servants, employees, agents and trusted third parties who may contact the Claimants for their legitimate commercial purposes, including special offers, market research or to provide the Claimants with marketing materials in this way. By participating in the promotion, Claimants acknowledge and agree that the Promoter and any applicable third parties may use their Personal Information in the manner set out in this condition.

27. In these Terms and Conditions: “Australian Consumer Law” means Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). “Personal Information” means, for the purpose of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), information or an opinion about an identified individual, or an individual who is reasonably identifiable, whether the information or opinion is true or not and whether the information or opinion is recorded in a material form or not.

28. Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter) or Snapchat may be used to advertise or promote the Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, Claimants agree that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, X or Snapchat; and to release Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, X or Snapchat from all liability in relation to this Promotion. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Promoter and not Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, X or Snapchat.
