Club Gyprock Massive Points Giveaway – February 2026
Information on how to enter the CLUB GYPROCK Massive Points Giveaway Promotion (Promotion), the conditions of entry, and prizes, form part of these Terms and Conditions of. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Entry is via Club Gyprock redemptions only.
PROMOTER
1. The Promoter is CSR Building Products Limited trading as CSR Gyprock (ABN 55 008 631 356) of Triniti 3, Level 5, 39 Delhi Road, North Ryde, NSW 2113, telephone 1300 306 556 (Promoter).
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
2. The Promotion commences at 6:00am (AEDT) on 02/02/2026 and ends at 11:59pm (AEDT) on 28/02/2026 (Promotional Period).
ELIGIBILITY
3. Entries are only open to Club Gyprock members who are residents of Australia aged 18 years or older and who have fulfilled the requirements set out below (Entrants). Employees or contractors of Entrants may enter on behalf of an Entrant, but must state the name of the Entrant’s business or entity upon their Entry.
4. The directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related entities, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies whom are directly associated with the conduct of this Promotion are ineligible to enter the Promotion. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
HOW TO ENTER
5. To enter the promotion, Entrants must visit clubgyprock.com.au and use points accumulated via their Club Gyprock membership to redeem a reward on Club Gyprock during the Promotional Period (Entry).
6. Multiple reward redemptions can be made during the Promotional Period, and each reward redemption transaction will receive one (1) automatic Entry into the draw.
7. Entries received will be considered final by the Promoter. Incomplete, erroneous, ineligible or incomprehensible Entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected Entries. Contact details entered incorrectly by an Entrant will deem their Entry invalid.
8. Should a reward redemption be cancelled or returned, the Entry for that transaction will be forfeited.
9. The use of any automated entry software or any mechanical, electronic or other means that allows an Entrant to automatically enter the Promotion repeatedly is prohibited and will render all Entries submitted by that Entrant invalid.
10. Any costs associated with accessing the Promotional website will be the responsibility of an Entrant and may vary depending on their internet service or telecommunications provider used.
11. Entrants must have an active Club Gyprock account both at the time of the reward redemption and at the time of the draw.
PRIZES
12. Four (4) winners will eachwin 100,000 Club Gyprock points (Maximum Total Prize Pool = 400,000 points).
13. The 100,000 Club Gyprockpoints will be credited to the winners’ Club Gyprock accounts by 13/03/2026 and each winner will be notified via email once the credit has been processed.
14. It is a condition of accepting and participating in a promotion that a winner may be required to sign eligibility form(s), code(s) of conduct and/or legal release(s) (including prize acceptance release(s)) in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
DRAW
15. The digital draw to determine the winners will take place at 11:00am (AEDT) on 02/03/2026 at J&C Advertising Pty Ltd (ABN 29 145 608 368) of Suite 502, Level 5, 77 Dunning Ave, Rosebery NSW 2018.
16. All prizes will be randomly drawn with the first four (4) valid Entries drawn being the winners of the prizes identified at clause 12
17. The draw conductor may draw additional reserve Entries in case an invalid Entry or Entrant is drawn.
18. An Entrant can only win once. If an Entrant has multiple Entries, only the first valid winning entry will be accepted. Any subsequent Entries will be redrawn. SA residents are exempt from this limitation.
19. Winners will be notified personally by email within four (4) days of the draw. Winners will have their first initial, last name and state (postcode for winner(s) from SA) published on Gyprock Trade’s social media accounts, clubgyprock.com.au and Club Gyprock newsletters by 16/03/2026. All reasonable steps will be taken to notify the winners of the results of the draw.
20. Club Gyprock points are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash (unless otherwise indicated).
21. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take / redeem the prize by 5:00pm AEDT on 29/03/2026, then the prize will be forfeited.
22. A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 30/03/2026 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners, if any, will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw and will have their first initial, last name and state (postcode for winner(s) from SA) published on Gyprock Trade’s social media accounts, clubgyprock.com.au and Club Gyprock newsletters by 10/04/2026.
GENERAL
23. The Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
24. Where entry is allowed by purchase or subscription, the cost of the product or service is no greater than the cost would be without the opportunity to participate in the Promotion.
25. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation are reserved.
26. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to request the Entrant produce (within the requested time) proof of Club Gyprock redemption as well as appropriate photo identification or other documentation (to the Promoter’s satisfaction, at its sole discretion) in order to confirm the Entrant’s identity, age, residential address, eligibility to enter and claim a prize, and any information submitted by the Entrant in entering the Promotion, before issuing a prize. A prize will only be awarded following any winner validation and verification required by the Promoter or its agents.
27. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Entrant.
28. Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Terms restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
29. The Promoter and its related bodies corporate exclude all liability (including negligence) howsoever arising in connection with or related to this Promotion or any prizes, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (including any applicable consumer guarantee under schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).
30. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference; (c) any Entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by an Entrant; or (f) use of / taking of the prize.
31. The Promoter reserves its rights to disqualify any Entry and/or forfeit any prizes awarded in its sole discretion, including (without limitation) where it believes an Entrant has submitted a misleading Entry, an Entry not compliant with or in breach of these Terms or where an Entrant has tampered with or manipulated the Entry process.
32. If the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, or if any act, event or circumstance occurs which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and/or, if necessary, to provide alternative prize(s) of equal or greater value and/or specification to the original prize(s), subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
33. All Entries become, at time of Entry, the property of the Promoter.
34. As a condition of Entry, each Entrant consents to, in the event they are a winner, the Promoter using the Entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photographs, film and/or recordings) in any media worldwide for an unlimited period without further notification or compensation for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including its outcome) and the products or services of the Promoter. The winner must participate in reasonable promotional activities as requested by the Promoter.
35. Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter) or Snapchat may be used to advertise or promote the Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, Entrants agree that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, X or Snapchat; and to release Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, X or Snapchat from all liability in relation to this Promotion. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Promoter.
PRIVACY
36. The Promoter collects personal information (“PI”) in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities.
37. If the PI requested is not provided, the Entrant cannot participate in the Promotion and is deemed ineligible.
38. All PI will be collected, stored, handled and disclosed by the Promoter in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, a copy of which may be obtained at https://www.csr.com.au/privacy-policy/. Entrants can gain access to, update or correct any of their Personal Information held by the Promoter by contacting the Promoter’s Privacy Officer at [email protected]. Unless otherwise indicated by the Promoter, the Promoter may disclose PI to entities outside of Australia (for a list of the countries, see the Promoter’s Privacy Policy), and cannot guarantee that any overseas recipient will not breach the Australian Privacy Principles. By entering the promotion, Entrants consent to the overseas transfer on these terms as permitted by the Australian Privacy Principles and agree that the Promoter is not liable in this regard.

Gyprock Compounds Promotion 2026
Information on the Promotional Period, how to enter to win a prize, from part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
PROMOTER
1. The Promoter is CSR Building Products Limited trading as CSR Gyprock (ABN 55 008 631 356) of Triniti 3, Level 5, 39 Delhi Road, North Ryde, NSW 2113, telephone: 1300 306 556 (“Promoter” or “CSR”).
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
2. The Promotion commences at 6:00 am (AEDT) on 02/02/2026 and ends at 11:59 pm (AEDT) on 28/02/2026 (“Promotional Period”).
ELIGIBILITY
3. Entries are open to Gyprock Trade Centre customers with a CSR Gyprock Trading Account (cash or credit) who are residents of Australia aged 18 years or older and have fulfilled the requirements set out below (“Entrants”).
4. The directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related entities, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies who are directly associated with the conduct of this Promotion are ineligible to enter the Promotion. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
HOW TO ENTER
5. The Promotion involves two (2) components as below:
a) A weekly draw component awarding one (1) x $1,000 Prezzee Gift card each week of the Promotional Period (“Weekly Draws”); and
b) An instant win component where Entrants are provided a promotional game card (“Game Card”), subject to availability, for the chance to win an Instant Win Prize as outlined below (“Instant Win”). There will be up to 12,935 Game Cards available across participating Gyprock Trade Centres for the Promotion.
6. To receive an entry into a Weekly Draw and a Game Card (subject to availability), Entrants must purchase one (1) or more Eligible Products from the Gyprock Compounds Range at a Gyprock Trade Centre via their CSR Gyprock Trading Account (cash or credit) (“Qualifying Purchase”) during the Promotional Period. Entrants must provide their CSR Gyprock trading account details upon making their Qualifying Purchase to receive an Entry. Entrants must make their Qualifying Purchase in-store at a Gyprock Trade Centre to be eligible for a Game Card.

8. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry into the Weekly Draw component is permitted per person, per Qualifying Purchase; (b) only one (1) Game Card is permitted per person, per Qualifying Purchase, per day (subject to stock availability); and (c) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
INSTANT WIN – PROMOTIONAL GAME CARD
9. Entrants will be issued a Game Card by a staff member at the relevant Gyprock Trade Centre at the time they successfully complete their Qualifying Purchase as per clause 6, subject to stock availability. Game Cards will be issued at the relevant participating Gyprock Trade Centre at the time of purchase and are strictly limited to the stock available in each participating Gyprock Trade Centre – no stock transfers. For more information on current stock availability, see the staff in each participating Gyprock Trade Centre.
10. Individuals must then scratch the Game Card to reveal if they have won an Instant Win Prize (as outlined below), and if so, what prize. Winners of an Instant Win Prize will be notified immediately in writing via the message on their game card.
11. Instant Win Prizes can only be redeemed on the Reward Room website at rewardroom.com.au/gyprockcompounds between 6:00 am (AEDT) 02/02/2026 and 11:59 pm (AEDT) on 30/03/2026.

13. Game Cards cannot be transferred by the Entrants who purchased the Eligible Product to any other person, whether by gift, sale, trade, barter, auction or otherwise by ‘transferring to another’. Any Game Card that has been transferred is void, and accordingly, a prize claim that includes any Game Card that has been so transferred is invalid. Any person who is a party to such a transfer may be refused entry into or disqualified from participating in the Promotion in the Promoter’s sole discretion.
WEEKLY DRAWS
14. Entrants will also receive an entry into a Weekly Draw depending on the date they successfully complete their Qualifying Purchase as per clause 6.
15. There will be one (1) draw conducted for the entries received each week of the Promotional Period, for a total of four (4) Weekly Draws. Entries into each Weekly Draw will open at 12:00am (AEDT) and close at 11:59pm (AEDT) on the dates outlined in the table below. Each Weekly Draw will take place at 12:00pm (AEDT) on the dates outlined below. Entries (including winning entries) in each Weekly Draw will be entered into any subsequent draws.

16. The first valid entry drawn from each Weekly Draw will win one (1) x $1,000 Prezzee Gift Card (“Weekly Draw Prize”).
17. All Weekly Draws will take place at J&C Advertising Pty Ltd (ABN 29 145 608 368) of Suite 502, Level 5, 77 Dunning Ave, Rosebery NSW 2018. All prizes will be randomly drawn.

19. It is a condition of accepting a Weekly Draw Prize that the winner may be required to sign eligibility form(s), code(s) of conduct and/or legal release(s) (including prize acceptance release(s)) in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
20. All reasonable steps will be taken to notify the Weekly Prize Draw winners in writing by email and by phone within four (4) business days of the relevant Weekly Draw.
21. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a Prezzee Gift Card or PlayStation Store Wallet Gift card are not included. Any unused balance of the relevant Gift Card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the relevant Gift Card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the relevant Gift Card.
WINNER PUBLICATION AND UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW
22. All ACT winners and any non-ACT winners of prizes valued at $250 or greater (including winners of both Instant Win prizes and Weekly Draw Prizes) will have their last name, first initial and postcode published in Club Gyprock Member Emails and Gyprock Trade Social Media sites from 04/03/2026.
23. Instant Win Prize winners must claim their prize by 11:59 pm (AEDT) on 30/03/2026 in accordance with clause 11. Weekly Draw Prize winners must claim their prize by 11:59pm (AEDT) on 02/04/2026. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if a winner does not claim their prize by the relevant time/date stipulated in this clause, then the prize will be forfeited.
24.The Promoter may conduct a digital re-draw at 11:00 am (AEST) on 13/04/2026 at J&C Advertising Pty Ltd (ABN 29 145 608 368) of Suite 502, Level 5, 77 Dunning Ave, Rosebery NSW 2018, in order to distribute any Instant Win Prize that is won but remains unclaimed and Weekly Draw Prize that is unclaimed (if any), as per the claim dates in clause 23 above, subject to any written directions given under applicable State or Territory legislation. In the event of any winner(s) in the unclaimed prize draw, all reasonable steps will be taken to notify the winners in writing by email and phone within four (4) business days of the re-draw. All ACT winners and any non-ACT winners of prizes valued at $250 or greater (including winners of both Instant Win prizes and Weekly Draw Prizes) will have their last name, first initial and postcode published in Club Gyprock Member Emails and Gyprock Trade Social Media sites from 15/04/2026.
25. Winners of the unclaimed prize draw, if any, must claim their prize by 11:59 pm (AEST) on 13/05/2026.
GENERAL
26. The total prize pool value is $23,336.00.
27. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Entrant.
28. If any winner chooses not to take their prize (or is unable to) or do not take or claim a prize within a reasonable time, as specified by the Promoter, they forfeit the prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for unclaimed or undelivered prizes where the winners failed to provide correct or complete contact details at the time of Entry or subsequently failed to notify the Promoter of any change of address, or in respect of any prizes that are stolen, lost, damaged, forged or tampered with.
29. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any delay or failure by the third party to deliver the prize, any delay or failure relating to the prize itself or failure by the third party to meet any of its obligations in these Terms or otherwise.
30. Entrants must retain their a copy of their purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the product purchased, the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.
31. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to verify the validity of any and all entries and to disqualify any Entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has: (a) tampered with the entry process; (b) breached any of these Terms and Conditions; or (c) engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
32. Prizes will only be awarded following any validation and verification that the Promoter, or its nominated agents, requires in their sole absolute discretion.
33. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any Entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
34. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, and the Australian Consumer Law, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
35. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by an Entrant; or (f) use of / taking of the prize.
36. All entries irrevocably become, at time of entry submission, the property of the Promoter.
37. All of the Promoter’s decisions in respect of the Promotion are final and no correspondences will be entered into.
38. If, for any reason, any prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
39. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified. Prizes cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash, credit, or any other product. For the avoidance of doubt, no refunds or credits will be issued if a prize is returned to a participating Gyprock Trade Centre.
40. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
41. “AirPods” is a trademark of Apple Inc. Apple Inc. is not a participant in or sponsor of this promotion.
42. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
43. Printing and other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions, all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured. Any Instant Win Prizes that are won but remain unclaimed will be awarded in the unclaimed prize draw. Instant win game materials void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
PRIVACY
44. The Promoter collects Personal Information (as defined by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)) about an Entrant to include the Entrant in the promotion, award the prize (where appropriate) and use the information to assist in improving the goods and services of the Promoter. If the Personal Information requested is not provided, the Entrant cannot participate in the promotion and is deemed ineligible.
45. If the Promoter collects an Entrant’s Personal Information, the Promoter will provide to the Entrant, at time of submitting an entry for the Promotion or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter, a collection statement that details the Personal Information being collected, the purpose of its collection, where the Personal Information will be stored and how it will be shared with third parties. The collection statement will comply with the Promoter’s disclosure obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
46. Entrants can gain access to, update or correct any of their Personal Information held by the Promoter by contacting the Promoter’s Privacy Officer at [email protected]. All Personal Information will be stored by the Promoter in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. 47. By participating in the promotion, Entrants acknowledge that a further primary purpose for collection of the Entrant’s Personal Information by the Promoter is to contact the Entrants in the future with information about the Promoter, including special offers, market research or to provide the Entrants with marketing materials via any medium including mail, telephone and commercial electronic messages (SMS (Short Message Service), MMS (Multimedia Message Service), IM (Instant Messaging) and email) or any other form of electronic, emerging, digital or conventional communications channel whether existing now or in the future. 48. In these Terms and Conditions: “Australian Consumer Law” means Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). “Personal Information” means, for the purpose of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), information or an opinion about an identified individual, or an individual who is reasonably identifiable, whether the information or opinion is true or not and whether the information or opinion is recorded in a material form or not.

By participating in the Promotion, Entrants agree that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, X or Snapchat; and to release Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, X or Snapchat from all liability in relation to this Promotion. Gyprock Trade Canberra Store Opening Promotion 2026
Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
PROMOTER
1. The Promoter is CSR Building Products Limited trading as CSR Gyprock (ABN 55 008 631 356) of Triniti 3, Level 5, 39 Delhi Road, North Ryde, NSW 2113, telephone: 1300 306 556 (“Promoter” or “CSR”).
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
2. The Promotion commences at 7:00am (AEDT) on 02/02/2026 and ends at 3:00pm (AEDT) on 27/02/2026 (“Promotional Period”).
ELIGIBILITY
3. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older who make a qualifying in-store purchase at Gyprock Trade Canberra, located at 67 Kendall Avenue, Queanbeyan NSW 2620 (“Participating Store”) during the Promotional Period (“Entrants”).
4. The directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related entities, printers, suppliers, providers, the Participating Store and agencies who are directly associated with the conduct of this Promotion are ineligible to enter the Promotion. Immediate family includes: spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
HOW TO ENTER

10. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a gift card are not included. Any unused balance of a gift card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of a gift card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the gift cards.
11. The total prize pool value is $2,968.94 AUD.
12. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
DRAW DETAILS
13. The prize draw will take place at 10:00am (AEDT) on 02/03/2026 at Gyprock Trade Canberra, 67 Kendall Avenue, Queanbeyan NSW 2620.
14. The first five (5) valid entries drawn will each receive one (1) prize.
Prizes will be awarded in the order drawn as follows:
Winners are not permitted to choose their prize. Prizes are awarded strictly in draw order.
15. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in case of invalid or ineligible entries.
WINNER NOTIFICATION & CLAIM
16. Winners will be notified by phone and email within two (2) business days of the draw.
17. Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of notification. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize.
18. Prizes will be fulfilled by the Promoter or its nominated fulfilment partner. Winner details may be provided to a third-party supplier or fulfilment agency for the purpose of prize delivery.
19. Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and proof of purchase as a condition of prize acceptance.
20. Winners may see their last name, first initial and postcode published in Club Gyprock Member Emails and Gyprock Trade Social Media sites from 04/03/2026.
21. If a prize remains unclaimed, a re-draw will be conducted at 10:00am (AEDT) on 13/04/2026 at the same location as the original draw.
22. Winners of any unclaimed prize draw will be notified and their details published in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
GENERAL
23. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Entrant.
24. If any winner chooses not to take their prize (or is unable to) or do not take or claim a prize within a reasonable time, as specified by the Promoter, they forfeit the prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for unclaimed or undelivered prizes where the winners failed to provide correct or complete contact details at the time of Entry or subsequently failed to notify the Promoter of any change of address, or in respect of any prizes that are stolen, lost, damaged, forged or tampered with.
25. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any delay or failure by the third party to deliver the prize, any delay or failure relating to the prize itself or failure by the third party to meet any of its obligations in these Terms or otherwise.
26. Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the product purchased, the amount spent, the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.
27. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to verify the validity of any and all entries and to disqualify any Entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has: (a) tampered with the entry process; (b) breached any of these Terms and Conditions; or (c) engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
28. Prizes will only be awarded following any validation and verification that the Promoter, or its nominated agents, requires in their sole absolute discretion.
29. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any Entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
30. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, and the Australian Consumer Law, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
31. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by an Entrant; or (f) use of / taking of the prize.
32. All entries irrevocably become, at time of entry submission, the property of the Promoter.
33. All of the Promoter’s decisions in respect of the Promotion are final and no correspondences will be entered into.
34. If, for any reason, any prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
35. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified. Prizes cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash, credit, or any other product. For the avoidance of doubt, no refunds or credits will be issued if a prize is returned to a participating Gyprock Trade Centre.
36. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
37. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
PRIVACY
38. The Promoter collects Personal Information (as defined by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)) about an Entrant to include the Entrant in the promotion, award the prize (where appropriate) and use the information to assist in improving the goods and services of the Promoter. If the Personal Information requested is not provided, the Entrant cannot participate in the promotion and is deemed ineligible.
39. If the Promoter collects an Entrant’s Personal Information, the Promoter will provide to the Entrant, at time of submitting an entry for the Promotion or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter, a collection statement that details the Personal Information being collected, the purpose of its collection, where the Personal Information will be stored and how it will be shared with third parties. The collection statement will comply with the Promoter’s disclosure obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
40. Entrants can gain access to, update or correct any of their Personal Information held by the Promoter by contacting the Promoter’s Privacy Officer at [email protected]. All Personal Information will be stored by the Promoter in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
